Got a broken official N64 Game Pak? We can likely fix it!
- No boot, broken connector, sometimes work, or got mold growing inside. We can work with it.
- Is authentic Paks (Cartridge) important to you? No problem, we use only official Nintendo parts that will be identical to parts being replaced.
- We have inventory into hundreds of spare official Nintendo Game Pak parts. So, we are ready.
How does this process normally work? What are my shipping options?
- You can send us an email of details, picture , and any question you may have. We just ask you skim this page & above options.
- Then we make an agreement of price, timeline, your cash deposit (if needed) & work.
- You'll be required to purchase one of the repair options. During check-out you'll have shipping options.
- You ship us the work at your cost and we'll ship back repaired work.
- We'll also give you full update of all details during the repair. If required even a video of the process.

My game freezes when playing? Do I need to get the PCB change?
Maybe. The PCB is often the issue with many defective official N64 games. We suggest try different N64 & try another or official N64 Expansion Pak. Sometimes bad N64 memory or poor quality Expansion Pak can cause game to freeze. Like PC memory a defective block will crash the game.

How long does a repair normally take?
We try fix withing 2 to 4 weeks after your shipment arrives. If more complicated repair like Prototype Cart (Long Carts) maybe a few months. As we maybe working on other projects; if this happens you'll get good deal on final cost.
Please not if heavy building time your repair job may be delayed few months. This so we can keep repair cost down. If more urgent repair request we could do it sooner for expedited fee.

My repair request is for an quite rare/expensive Game/Prototype Cart! I don't like the idea of shipping it out.
Understand, we can give you up a 50% to 75% deposit on final repair value. You will have your deposit/money before you ship anything to us.
We just ask for some images/proof of your item. We also request you pay for track/insured shipment at your end.

With Official Game Pak our repair success is currently 100%. Just the original ROM chip needs be okay; which normally is.
Wide boy 64 and Prototype Carts (Long Carts) are more complicated and some parts cannot be found anymore so would require a Donor. Also, different types of Prototype Carts. Some with different Logic Controller flashes.
If no Donor is found we'll need wait or we could purchase it from you. And you could use that money for new replacement or any other of your retro gaming needs.

All this equipment designed around N64 reproductions business and is very easy to adapt for repair requests. So changing a chip or PCB is no sweat.

We also have our own purchased working models we used for research and development. True, we are interested in seeing other models, but only for circuitry review and knowledge.
