We have a flat shipping & handling rate. One simple rate.

How do you ship?
It depends on your order & location.
Small/simple orders normally letter-mail with no tracking.
Small VB card orders normally letter-mail or small-parcel.
N64/SNES carts or big orders normally parcel or courier with tracking.

What's ETA for shipments?
We built/ship all products once per month. So, depends on when the next build/ship cycle is planned.
After building/shipping is complete: normally takes 1-2 weeks to arrive in Canada/US or 2-3 weeks to arrive world-wide.

I find your shipping rates bit high?
We know what you mean, we try keep it low as possible. Things have change over the years when come to shipping. Keep in mind this fee cover, replacements, shipping supplies, handling, boarder work, & special shipping equipment costs. The rate flat for farness to everyone.
Will I know when my order ships?
Yes. When your item is built/ship you'll get an automated shipping notification email.
This email will also tell you the method we ship by & provide tracking number if available.

Will I get hit with duties fees?
Vintex 64 now pre-pays all duties. Its part of the flat rate fee. You may get hit with very small fee at the most. Yet, some counties may add extra fee's that we cannot pre-pay for. Let us know if you get hit by one of these. This little more common for Germany.
Who do you normally ship with?
All of them. We use all the major couriers & postal systems. We adjust to current shipping trends, country you're in, & type order you made.
What the biggest error you seen customers make regarding shipping?
Please, make sure your address is correct when making the order.

Do you insure shipments? What happens if it gets lost?
Lost, stolen, or falls into a black hole, we'll just build/send a free replacement, as its cheaper and less hassle than insuring.

Hey, you guys used to have a $3-$5 shipping rate?
True, but sadly some people over-used it & the world of shipping has gone up in cost & complexity.
The Vintex 64 team decided to do a flat rate for farness to everyone. This rate also averages out all shipping related expense equally to all orders. Yet, you should see some prices lower on smaller items on our website to help make-up for this adjustment over time.

I'm out of town & don't like how courier sometimes leaves packages on my doorstep.
Normally you can pre-call, or go online, for the courier to hold the shipment or kept at a local depo/office for you to pick-up. This is easy to do with Fed-Ex. If they ask for senders permission, we'll send you email giving you power-of-authority over the shipment.
Can you add extra protection to my package? Do you add water protection?
Yes. We use heavy duty packaging supplies. We put a lot of thought put into it:
- We ship standard rectangular flat/shape boxes. So automated sorting facilities, machines & auto label scanners has less issues.
- Extra shipping label/ID inside/outside. If external labels are damaged.
- Carts/electronics in airtight zip-lock bag for water/moisture protection.
- For postal system. Large address font on both sides for easy scanning.
I liked your heavy duty packaging supplies! Where you get them?
We purchase from Uline. These guys got massive inventory! If they get any bigger they'll become full country of shipping supplies.

I had issues with low/high temperature or other damage when buying my retro gaming items.
You'll not have that issues with us. Just let us know if something comes up.
Our products are overbuild & tested for extreme temperatures, & vibration.

Can you ship Carriers/Couriers to my P.O. Box?
Sadly no. Major Couriers do no ship to a P.O. Box. We'll ship postal parcel service in this case.

I work for a major postal/courier service or I just purchased a new home...
...and got an orphaned shipment from your organization.
If possible, please deliver it to the intended customer/destination or ask us for more information. Otherwise, you can return it to us. Yet, if it's a small package, and will costs over $50+ to return you can simply unpackage it an put it in a local donation bin.

Yes, this box came from us. Its excess stock and using them up. Rest assured, there are no Xenomorph related material inside. We doubled checked.
