It depends on your order & location.
Small/simple orders normally letter-mail with no tracking.
Small VB card orders normally letter-mail or small-parcel.
N64 carts or big orders normally parcel with tracking.

What's ETA for shipments?
We built/ship all products once per month. So, depends on when the next build/ship cycle is planned.
After building/shipping is complete: normally takes 1-2 weeks to arrive in Canada/US or 2-3 weeks to arrive world-wide.

Will I know when my order ships?
Yes. When your item is built/ship you'll get an automated shipping notification email.
This email will also tell you the method we ship by & provide tracking number if available.

Will I get hit with duties fees?
Vintex 64 now pre-pays all duties. Its part of the flat rate fee.
Yet, some counties may add extra fee's that we cannot pre-pay for. Let us know if you get hit by one of these.

Who do you normally ship with?
All of them. We use all the major couriers & postal systems. We adjust to current shipping trends, country you're in, & type order you made.
What the biggest error you seen customers make regarding shipping?
Please, make sure your address is correct when making the order.
Errors in address makes for a lot of confusion & head-acks for everyone.

Do you insure shipments? What happens if it gets lost?
Lost, stolen, or if falls into a black hole, we'll just build/send a free replacement, as its cheaper and less hassle than insuring.

Can you ship Carriers/Couriers to my P.O. Box?
Sadly no. Major Couriers do no ship to a P.O. Box. We'll ship postal parcel service in this case.
Can you add extra protection to my package? Do you add water protection?
Yes. We over package/protect all our shipments; we even designed custom carboard for this. Cart ship in airtight zip-lock bag for water protection.
Our products are also designed with extra vibration protection for long lasting use.
Yet, if feel more protection is needed type-it in check-out notes & we can add even more protection.

True, but sadly some people over-used it & sadly the world of shipping has gone up in cost & complexity.
The Vintex 64 team decided to do a flat rate for farness to everyone. This rate also averages out all shipping related expense equally to all order.

I'm maybe out of town or I don't like how my courier sometimes leaves packages on my doorstep.
Normally you can pre-call the courier for holding the shipment or they keep it at a local depo/office for you to pick-up.

If possible, please deliver it to the intended customer/destination or ask us for more information. Otherwise, you can return it to us.
