Futuristic hover vehicles racing game
A racing game set in the future in which player(s) pilots vehicles that can fly during the race. Similar in genre to Wipeout and Extreme G on the N64.
This reproduction of the game variant that was only created for Japanese Kiosk stations. North America Kiosks did not see this kiosk game. As such its very rear in North America and existence is unknown to many; one currently listed on eBay for $800.
What’s interesting about this kiosk variant is it has a save chip included in Kiosk Game Pak (also included in the Vintex 64 Game Pak), which likely means players are able to unlock more tracks and vehicles via the Grand Prix and Time Attack like the retail version. The North American version of the game required a controller pack to save. At time of this writing it not fully know what all the differences are between this Japan Kiosk and North American retail version.
Despite being Japanese Kiosk the game menu and text is mostly in English, so plays can enjoy this title without knowing any Japanese.
As for the game itself, it was not overly successful received mediocre scores, and forgotten by many, but it is a decent racing game.
For futuristic racing Wipeout/Extreme-G fans this worth a good look or for Kiosk fans.
PLAYERS 1 or 2
SAVE: Game Pak includes working save chip. No Controller Pak Required.
