The game has a top-down view with your character shifting up & down in bouncing motion. It takes place in a space-high universe in which you navigate, avoid enemies and traps as land. Choose between four play modes: “Adventure of Chalvo”, “Score Attack”, “Random Game” & “Pocket & Cushion”.
Developed in preparation for the VB relaunch in 1996; with another very promising title “Dragon Hopper”. Sadly, rather than re-launch Nintendo suddenly decided to scrap the VB. Remembrance of this game later got re-purposed into the Game Boy game “Chalvo 55”.
This repro cart is latest version Bound High that from a recently discovered prototype card. The game should be more or less complete. Players continue/save their progress via game passwords.
