Those who are a fan of the classic simple/fun Tetris game should look toward V-Tetris. This a different type of Tetris.
The 2nd Tetris game on the Virtual Boy and the last official North American released game. As such this title been raising in price, rarity, and cost in recent years.
Player’s control the usual falling blocks, but with a twist in a full 3D environment, with 3-D wireframe blocks, and rotating planes. It also includes the usual multiple modes, levels, & difficulty settings.
The game has challenge of special 3D style gameplay that requires strategic placement planning. This game does take some getting used too. Overall, it’s a special approach to Tetris. The rewards are building up a score, neat stage-ending animation, & addictive block placement mental/strategic thinking make it fun titles for many.
With reviews have not been the best, but the game gain of following in the Virtual Boy community for unique attempt & re-imagining of the classic game in 3D. Some players really enjoy it.
Music & sound effects consider above average and well scripted for the game. Above average for a puzzle game.

Side fact. The blocks are wireframe but plans where made by developers to go polygon blocks in Japan version, but this never got released; due to canceling of VB. Yet, a prototype of this game might exist somewhere in the wild.

Original copies have been rising in costs/rarity but, you can now own this title at an affordable price for your Virtual Boy.
