Some Fun Facts:
- The mold is good for 1 million to possibly 2 million cycles.
- The mold made from high grade tool steel; normally used for more demanding molding applications.
- Each dust cap has a cavity #1 or #2 inside. When look inside dust cap you'll see the cavity number.
- Made from very common & quality ABS just like the original Dust Cap.
- We can have the mold run overnight automatically at the molding shop to make thousands in days.
Please note: The Dust Caps are a 1:1 to the Nintendo Official OEM with an exception of the main 4 bumps, that Grip the VB connector, ours are little thicker. This will create a tighter fit when used for the first time. You may have to force on. Yet, after leaving on cart for month or more you'll find a similar tension to OEM Dust Caps. As the ABS stretches.
