A very rare and well-made bowling game.
A game that stands out for its superb presentation and attention to details. Flawless bowling experience, lovely rendered 3D backgrounds, clear in-game speech, nice character animations, solid controls, and so on.
This repro is for the BYOB version of the Japaneses translation ROM. This is the most complete translations to date! BYOB version ROMS are also part of an upcoming BYOB project --- more details coming soon!
Three game modes to choose from: Standard Mode, Tournament Mode, and Training Mode. Additional options include which hand to bowl, how fast, ball weight, number of pins, etc.
Game not overly difficult to beat or to rank up high scores. Note, the game is coded for no save feature. Players will lose the score when powered off. However, a password given for each 12 levels in Tournament Mode.
Sadly, it’s still a bowling game and may not be for everyone and has no multiplayer support.
The rarest and likely the most expensive official VB game ever made. Story is Nintendo didn’t want this title to overshadow Nester’s Funky Bowling so was only released in Japan in very limited quantities.
With many players calling it a perfect blowing game and worth owning for its presentation and attention to detail value alone. This title holds it ground and now can be enjoyed by all at a decent price.
