You’re reading this title correctly. This what you get when mix Rock’n’roll, racing, good development, 1990's, and hype over Mario Kart back in the day. Gimmick aside, its actually a good game!
It’s a vehicle, combat-base, racking video game that features a few popular heavy metal & rock songs in the soundtrack.
You race against other in colorful comic-book inspired characters, and settings. Play is in isometric perspective each race consists of 4 laps. A racing game, but heavy emphasis on attacking competitors’ vehicles. Power-ups are available to help with combat system. Between races you spend money earned on more advance equipment/weapons on your vehicle.
Game saves via password system. Also, many hacked passwords online that allow player to play game in specials ways or extra cash.

Multiplayer with you and friend also noted to greatly add play value.
